They use only high-quality Wagyu beef, hand select seafood from local fish mongers, and source seasonal vegetables to present diners with the perfect balance of taste and texture. Wagyu beef is a breed of cattle native to Japan and considered a Japanese national treasure. Highly marbled, Wagyu has melt-in-your-mouth moisture and tenderness, and rich flavour and texture that’s juicy, delicate and sweet.
Our chefs barbeque thick slices of Wagyu with binchōtan (charcoal), firing the surface quickly to sear its flavour and moisture inside. Radiant heat softly cooks the beef until it’s tender and juicy with a delicious smoked charcoal flavour.
